Also known as wolfberry, goji berry is an orangish red berry, native to China. These berries are a rich source of vitamin C, vitamin A, iron, and fibre. They also have all the eight amino acids and a high content of anti-oxidants. They are even known to have essential anti-inflammatory properties. Goji berries help in boosting the immune system, aiding weight loss, maintaining blood sugar, preventing flu, and triggering the production of testosterone. Consuming these berries also promotes eye and skin health and alleviates depression and anxiety.

    CA prop 65 refers to California’s Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. This act has charted out a list of chemicals that are likely to cause birth defects, reproductive issues, and cancer in humans.
